Week 9

Posted on November 4, 2014 by wildreader

The good news – I get to stop progesterone injections! And suppositories, but those were not bothersome at all.

Other news – My morning sickness has pretty much disappeared. I don’t know if that’s good (it feels good), or bad (that embryo is not growing anymore). There’s nothing I can do either way, but I’d feel more confident (maybe) had I know there was a good heartbeat at 8 weeks. Still unhappy with Kaiser about that.

Other stuff

  • I feel like I can’t stretch enough for the pain below my ribs to get relief. Every chair feels like it’s pushing my shoulders forward, cramping the stomach area. I just want to recline. I suppose that’s not an option at work. Really wish it were, though. Being tired and sagging forward isn’t helping, either.
  • My arms fall asleep while I’m sleeping and my left shoulder aches like crazy, no matter what side I sleep on. The hubs thinks I don’t want to be close at night, but I really need room to move around and try to get comfortable. I might invest in some nighttime wrist guard doohickeys.

Two more weeks until the next appointment….
